審議会の整理等のための運輸省設置法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Ministry of Transportation Establishment Law for Adjustment, Etc. of Council
運輸省設置法（昭和二十四年法律第百五十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Ministry of Transportation Establishment Law (Law No.157 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條第二項第六号中「物資」を「供給の特に不足する物資」に、第七号中「若しくは禁止し、又はその輸送若しくは工事の施行を命ずること。」を「又は禁止すること。」に改め、第八号を削り、第九号を第八号とする。
In Article 4 paragraph 2 item (6), "materials" shall be amended as "materials critically short in supply" , in item (7), "or to prohibit the use of materials critically short in supply, or to give orders for transportation of the materials or carrying out of construction in connection with its jurisdiction" shall be amended as "or to prohibit the use of materials critically short in supply in connection with its jurisdiction" , item (8) shall be deleted and item (9) shall be made item (8).
第二十三條第二項第四号を次のように改める。
Article 23 paragraph 2 item (4) shall be amended as follows:

第二十七條第二項第二号を次のように改める。
Article 27 paragraph 2 item (2) shall be amended as follows:

第三十八條第一項の表中「
造船技術審議会 運輸大臣の諮問に応じて造船技術の向上に関する重要事項を調査審議すること
」を「
造船技術審議会 運輸大臣の諮問に応じて造船技術の向上に関する重要事項を調査審議すること
造船業合理化審議会 運輸大臣の諮問に応じて造船に関する事業の合理化に関する重要事項を調査審議すること
」に改め、同表中ホテル審議会の項を削る。
In the Table of Article 38 paragraph 1,
"Shipbuilding Technics Council To conduct research and deliberation in response to inquiries of the Minister of Transportation on important matters relating to development of shipbuilding technics;"
shall be amended as
"Shipbuilding Technics Council To conduct research and deliberation, in response to inquiries of the Minister of Transportation on important matters relating to development of shipbuilding technics:Shipbuilding
Industry Rationalization Council To conduct research and deliberation, in response to inquiries of the Minister of Transportation on important matters relating to rationalization of industry concerning shipbuilding;"
and the item concerning Hotel Business Council in the same Table shall be deleted.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
