I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Ministry of Transportation Establishment Law for Adjustment, Etc. of Council.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Ministry of Transportation Establishment Law for Adjustment, Etc. of Council
The Ministry of Transportation Establishment Law (Law No.157 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 4 paragraph 2 item (6), "materials" shall be amended as "materials critically short in supply" , in item (7), "or to prohibit the use of materials critically short in supply, or to give orders for transportation of the materials or carrying out of construction in connection with its jurisdiction" shall be amended as "or to prohibit the use of materials critically short in supply in connection with its jurisdiction" , item (8) shall be deleted and item (9) shall be made item (8).
Article 23 paragraph 2 item (4) shall be amended as follows:
Article 27 paragraph 2 item (2) shall be amended as follows:
In the Table of Article 38 paragraph 1,
"Shipbuilding Technics Council |
To conduct research and deliberation in response to inquiries of the Minister of Transportation on important matters relating to development of shipbuilding technics;" |
shall be amended as
"Shipbuilding Technics Council |
To conduct research and deliberation, in response to inquiries of the Minister of Transportation on important matters relating to development of shipbuilding technics:Shipbuilding |
Industry Rationalization Council |
To conduct research and deliberation, in response to inquiries of the Minister of Transportation on important matters relating to rationalization of industry concerning shipbuilding;" |
and the item concerning Hotel Business Council in the same Table shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
