Article 7. In case Mutual Benefit Association of the Yahata Iron Works Company has revised in accordance with the provision of the preceding Article the amount of the annuity payable to those who were members of the Mutual Aid Association of the Iron Works (hereinafter referred to as "the former Mutual Aid Association of the Iron Works" ) which had been organized according to the provisions of the Ordinance concerning the Mutual Aid Association of the former Japan Iron Works Company (Imperial Ordinance No.495 of 1922), the State shall grant to the Association, at the request thereof, an amount equivalent to one half of the increased expenditure due to the revision of the annuity (excluding such portions of the increase due to the revision of the annuity payable by reason of sickness, injury or death due to official duties of the former Japan Iron Works Company) multiplied by the percentage regarded as percentage of the total amount of the premium which the Annuitants (excluding annuitants to whom the payment of annuity is done for the reasons of sickness, injury or death due to official duties of the former Japan Iron Works Company) had paid during the time he was a member of the former Mutual Aid Association of the Iron Works against the total amount of premium which the annuitant concerned paid during the time he was a member of the Association.
