Law for Partial Amendments to the Local Finance Equalization Grant Law
The Local Finance Equalization Grant Law (Law No.211 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 15 paragraph 2, "the Local Tax Law (Law No. of 1950)" shall be amended as "the Local Tax Law (Law No.226 of 1950)" .
Article 21 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 shall be amended as follows:
Article 21. In the case of To, the total sum of the basic financial need and the total sum of the basic financial revenue as were computed by considering the whole area as Do, Fu or prefecture in regard to the allocation of the grant to the Do, Fu or prefecture, and considering the area where the relevant special ward is located as a municipality in regard to the allocation of the grant to the municipality, respectively, shall be made the basic financial need and the basic financial revenue therefor.
2 In the case of a special city, the total sum of the basic financial need and the total sum of the basic financial revenue as were computed by considering the same as Do, Fu or prefecture in regard to the allocation of the grant to Do, Fu or prefecture and considering the same as a municipality in regard to the allocation of the grant to the municipality, respectively, shall be made the basic financial need and the basic financial revenue therefor.
In paragraphs 7, 9 and 15 of the Supplementary Provisions, "for the fiscal year 1950-51" shall be amended as "for the fiscal years 1950-51 and 1951-52" .
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation, and the provisions, as amended, of Article 21 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Local Finance Equalization Grant Law shall be applicable as from the fiscal year 1950-51.
2 The Law concerning Special Cases, Etc. of the Shares of National Treasury as Provided for in the Preventive Vaccination Law, Etc.(Law No.212 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 1, "during the fiscal year 1950-51" shall be amended as "during the fiscal years 1950-51 and 1951-52" and item (6) of the same Article shall be amended as follows:
(6) Article 52 (only the part concerning the expenses under Article 50 item (2)), Article 53 (only the part concerning the expenses under Article 50 item (3), item (6) and item (7), and Article 51 item (1)) and Article 55 of the Child Welfare Law (Law No.164 of 1947);
