Law for Partial Amendments to the Temporary Restaurant Business Control Law
飮食営業臨時規整法（昭和二十四年法律第五十二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Temporary Restaurant Business Control Law (Law No.52 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第三條第一項第二号中「めん類の購入券」を「主務大臣の指定する購入券」に改め、同号を第三号とし、以下一号ずつ繰り下げ、同項に第二号として次の一号を加える。
In Article 3 paragraph 1 item (2), "Vermicelli-purchase coupons" shall be amended as "purchase coupons designated by the competent Minister" , and making the same item item (3), the numbering of succeeding items shall be moved down by one. The following one item shall be added as item (2) to the same paragraph:
二　パン類外食券食堂（外食券又は主務大臣の指定する購入券と引換にパン類による食事を提供する営業をいう。）
(2)　Bread meal coupon restaurant (meaning business which serves meal with bread and the like in exchange for the meal coupon or the purchase coupon designated by the competent Minister);
第七條を次のように改める。
Article 7 shall be amended as follows:
第七條　旅館又は外食券食堂を営む者は、外食券と引換でなければ、パン類外食券食堂又はめん類外食券食堂を営む者は、外食券又は主務大臣の指定する購入券と引換でなければ、食事を提供してはならない。
Article 7.　No one engaged in hotel and inn, or meal coupon restaurant business shall serve food unless in exchange for meal coupon and no one engaged in bread meal coupon restaurant or noodle meal coupon restaurant shall serve food unless in exchange for meal coupon or purchase coupon designated by the competent Minister.
第十條及び第十一條第二項中「めん類の購入券」を「主務大臣の指定する購入券」に改める。
In Article 10 and Article 11 paragraph 2, "Vermicelli purchase coupons" shall be amended as "purchase coupons designated by the competent Minister" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
