I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Establishment of the Advisory Council on Social Security.

社会保障制度審議会設置法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Establishment of the Advisory Council on Social Security
社会保障制度審議会設置法（昭和二十三年法律第二百六十六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for Establishment of the Advisory Council on Social Security (Law No.266 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條第一項中「会長、副会長及び常務委員各一人」を「会長及び副会長一人」に改め、同條第三項を削る。
In Article 4 paragraph 1, "a Chairman, vicechairman and chief-secretary" shall be amended as "one Chairman and one vice-chairman" ;and paragraph 3 of the same Article shall be deleted.
第十一條を次のように改める。
Article 11 shall be amended as follows:
第十一條 審議会の事務を処理させるため、審議会に事務局を置く。
Article 11. The Advisory Council shall have an executive office to have it deal with the affairs of the Advisory Council.
２ 事務局に、事務局長及び所要の職員を置く。
2 The Executive Office shall have a chief and personnel required.
３ 事務局長は、会長の命を受けて、局務を掌理する。
3 The Chief of the Executive Office shall, under the direction of the Chairman, administer the affairs of the Office.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
