帝国石油株式会社法を廃止する法律
Law for Abolition of the Imperial Petroleum Company Law
帝国石油株式会社法（昭和十六年法律第七十三号）は、廃止する。
The Imperial Petroleum Company Law (Law No.73 of 1941) shall be abolished.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から起算して九十日を経過した日から施行する。但し、帝国石油株式会社法第二十九條の規定の廃止に係る規定は、帝国石油株式会社の法人税法（昭和二十二年法律第二十八号）による各事業年度の普通所得及び超過所得に対する法人税であつて昭和二十五年四月一日以後に終了する事業年度に係るものから適用し、附則第二項から第四項までの規定は、公布の日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force after a lapse of 90 days from its promulgation. However, the provisions concerning the abolition of the provisions of Article 29 of the Imperial Petroleum Company Law shall, in case of the corporation tax on the normal incomes and the excess incomes of the Imperial Petroleum Company of each fiscal year under the Corporation Tax Law (Law No.28 of 1947), apply from the fiscal year which will end after April 1, 1950, and the provisions of paragraphs 2 to 4 inclusive of the Supplementary Provisions shall come into force as from the day of the promulgation of this Law.
２　帝国石油株式会社が、この法律の施行の日以前において、商法（明治三十二年法律第四十八号）第三百四十三條の規定による株主総会の決議により、商法に適合していない事項を同法に適合させるため必要な定款の変更の決議をし、主務大臣の認可を受けたときは、その時以後帝国石油株式会社法及び経済関係罰則ノ整備ニ関スル法律（昭和十九年法律第四号）は、適用されないものとする。
2.　In case the Imperial Petroleum Company resolves to make necessary changes in its Articles of Corporation to make the matters that do not conform to the Commercial Code (Law No.48 of 1899), conform to the same Code, by the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders as provided for by Article 343 of the same Code and obtained the authorization of the competent Minister before the day of the enforcement of this Law, the Imperial Petroleum Company Law and the Law for the Improvements of Penal Regulations of Economic Relations (Law No.4 of 1944) shall not apply thereafter.
３　前預の規定により、帝国石油株式会社法及び経済関係罰則ノ整備ニ関スル法律が適用されなくなつた際現に発行されている帝国石油債券及びその時までにした行為に対する罰則の適用についてはなお従前の例による。
3.　With regard to the Imperial Petroleum Debenture which remained issued at the time when the Imperial Petroleum Company Law and the Law for the Improvement of Penal Regulations of Economic Relations became unapplicable by the provision of the preceding paragraph and the application of penal regulations on actions committed before that time, the precedents under the former provisions shall apply.
４　帝国石油株式会社の法人税法による各事業年度の普通所得及び超過所得に対する法人税であつて昭和二十五年三月三十一日以前に終了する事業年度に係るものに関する帝国石油株式会社法第二十九條の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
4.　As for the application of the provisions of Article 29 of the Imperial Petroleum Company Law with regard to the corporation tax on the Imperial Petroleum Company for the fiscal year ending on or before March 31, 1950 under the Corporation Tax Law for the normal income and the excess income for each fiscal year, the precedents under the former provisions shall apply.
５　経済関係罰則ノ整備ニ関スル法律の一部を次のように改正する。
5.　The Law for the Improvement of Penal Regulations of Economic Relations shall be partially amended as follows:
別表乙号中第十号を次のように改める。
Item 10 of the Annexed Table B shall be amended as follows:

６　登録税法（明治二十九年法律第二十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
6.　The Registration Tax Law (Law No.27 of 1896) shall be partially amended as follows:
第六條第一項第十一号中「帝国石油債券、」を削る。
In Article 6 paragraph 1 item 11, "Imperial Petroleum Debenture" shall be deleted.
