1　The Government is authorized to transfer the amount from the General Account to the agriculture sub-account of the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said sub-account, up to the amount of 915,206,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1950-51.

2　With respect to the transfer prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the Government shall make the transfer from the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account to the General Account later on, as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
