Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Compensation to Shipowners for Payment of Retirement Allowance to Seamen of the Civil Merchant Marine Committee
船舶運営会の船員の退職手当に関する交付金を船舶所有者に交付する法律（昭和二十四年法律第九十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for Comensation to Shipowners for Payment of Retirement Allowance to Seamen of the Civil Merchant Marine Committee (Law No.97 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第一條第一項中「昭和二十五年三月三十一日」を「昭和二十六年三月三十一日」に改め、「昭和二十四年度」を削る。
In Article 1 paragraph 1, "March 31, 1950" shall be amended as "March 31, 1951" and "1949/50" shall be deleted.
別表中「退職した日において当該船員が乘船中に受けるべき一箇月当りの給與総額から雑手当を控除した額」を「退職した日における俸給月額の百分の百七十に相当する額」に改める。
In the Attached Table, "the balance amount of the sum total of the monthly wages on board per month which CMMC shall pay the said'seaman'on board when he retires from CMMC minus miscellaneous allowance" shall be amended as "the sum equivalent to 170% of the monthly basic pay which is to be paid to the said'seaman'as of the day when he retires from CMMC."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
