失業保險特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Unemployment Insurance Special Account Law
失業保險特別会計法（昭和二十二年法律第百五十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Unemployment Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.157 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第三條中「一般会計及び郵政事業特別会計」を「一般会計、郵政事業特別会計及び積立金」に改める。
In Article 3, "the General Account and the Postal Services Special Account" shall be amended as "the General Account, the Postal Services Special Account and the accumulated reserves" .
第十三條の二を第十三條の三とし、第十三條の次に次の一條を加える。
Article 13-(2) shall be Article 13-(3);and next to Article 13, the following one Article shall be added:
Article.13-(2). The accumulated reserves of this Account may be transferred to the revenues of this Account, if necessary for appropriating it for the unemployment insurance benefit, only within the amount prescribed in the budget.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十五年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
