民法等の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Civil Code, etc.
第一條　民法（明治二十九年法律第八十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The Civil Code (Law No.89 of 1896) shall partially be amended as follows:
第三百六條中第二号を第三号とし、第三号を第二号とする。
In Article 306, item 2 and item 3 shall respectively be changed to item 3 and item 2.
第三百八條を第三百九條とし、第三百九條中但書を削り、同條を第三百八條とする。
Article 308 shall read Article 309 and Article 309 (the proviso thereto being deleted) shall read Article 308.
第二條　民事訴訟法（明治二十三年法律第二十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The Code of Civil Procedure (Law No.29 of 1890) shall partially be amended as follows:
第五百七十條第一項第六号を次のように改める。
Article 570 paragraph 1 item 6 shall read as follows:
第六　第六百十八條第一項第五号及ヒ第六号ニ掲クル收入ニシテ差押ヲ受ケサル金額但シ差押ヨリ次期ノ收入ノ支拂マテノ日數ニ應シテ之ヲ計算ス
6　Of an income mentioned in items 5 and 6 of the first paragraph of Article 618, the amount of money not to be seized, it being computed according to the number of days from the date of seizure to the next payday.
第六百十八條第二項中「一ケ年間ニ受ク可キ総額ノ四分ノ三ヲ超過スル部分ニ限リ」を「其支拂期ニ受クヘキ金額ノ四分ノ一ニ限リ」に改める。
In Article 618, paragraph 2, "only the portion which exceeds three-fourths of the total amount to be received in a year" shall read "only the portion which is one-fourth of the amount of money to be received at the date of payment."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
