Law for Partial Amendments to the Civil Code, etc.
Article 1. The Civil Code (Law No.89 of 1896) shall partially be amended as follows:
In Article 306, item 2 and item 3 shall respectively be changed to item 3 and item 2.
Article 308 shall read Article 309 and Article 309 (the proviso thereto being deleted) shall read Article 308.
Article 2. The Code of Civil Procedure (Law No.29 of 1890) shall partially be amended as follows:
Article 570 paragraph 1 item 6 shall read as follows:
6 Of an income mentioned in items 5 and 6 of the first paragraph of Article 618, the amount of money not to be seized, it being computed according to the number of days from the date of seizure to the next payday.
In Article 618, paragraph 2, "only the portion which exceeds three-fourths of the total amount to be received in a year" shall read "only the portion which is one-fourth of the amount of money to be received at the date of payment."
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
