農業協同組合自治監査法を廃止する法律
Law for Abolition of the Agricultural Co-operative Association Self-auditing Law
第一條　農業協同組合自治監査法（昭和十三年法律第十五号）は、廃止する。
Article 1.　The Agricultural Co-operative Association Self-auditing Law (Law No.15 of 1938) shall be abolished.
第二條　農業協同組合監査連合会は、解散する。
Article 2.　The Agricultural Co-operative Association Auditing Federation shall be dissolved.
第三條　農業協同組合監査連合会の清算結了の登記が完了するまでは、農業協同組合自治監査法は、第一條の規定にかかわらず、なおその効力を有する。
Article 3.　The Agricultural Co-operative Association Self-auditing Law shall, irrespective of the provisions of Article 1, remain effective up to the time when the registration of the completion of liquidation of the Agricultural Co-operative Association Auditing Federation has been effected.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　この法律施行前にした行爲に対する罰則の適用については、この法律施行後でも、なお從前の例による。
2.　With respect to the application of penal provisions to any act committed before the enforcement of the present Law, it shall be governed by the previous cases even after the enforcement of this Law.
３　事業者團体法（昭和二十三年法律第百九十一号）の一部を次のように改正する。
3.　A part of the Trade Association Law (Law No.191 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
第六條第一項第二号ワを次のように改める。
In Art.6, Par.1, Item 2, sub-item
ワ　削除
(M)　shall be deleted.
