Law for Partial Amendments to Postal Money Order Law and Postal Transfer Savings
Article 1. A part of the Postal Money Order Law (Law No.59 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
The following one paragraph shall be added to Article 6:
The Prime Minister and Minister of Postal Services are authorized to prescribe by Ministerial Ordinance the rates of charges for international postal money orders, within the scope not exceeding the rate established by treaties.
Article 2. A part of the Postal Transfer Savings Law (Law No.60 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
The following one paragraph shall be added to Article 6:
The Prime Minister and Minister of Postal Services are authorized to prescribe by Ministerial Ordinance the rates of charges for international postal transfer savings, within the scope not exceeding the rate established by treaties.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from June 1, 1949.
