司法警察職員等指定應急措置法の一部を改正する法律
The Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Temporary Measures for the Designation of Judicial Police Officials, etc.
司法警察職員等指定應急措置法（昭和二十三年法律第二百三十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Law concerning the Temporary Measures for the Designation of Judicial Police Officials, etc.(Law No.234 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
第二條の次に次の一條を加える。
The following Article shall be added next to Article 2.
第三條　皇宮護衞官は、皇居、御所　離宮、御用邸、行在所若しくは御泊所における犯罪、陵墓若しくは皇室用財産に関する罪又は行幸啓の際における天皇、皇后、皇太后若しくは皇太子の生命、身体若しくは財産に対する罪について、國家公安委員会の定めるところにより、刑事訴訟法（昭和二十三年法律第百三十一号）の規定による司法警察職員として職務を行う。
Article 3.　An Imperial Guard shall, as prescribed by the National Public Safety Commission, Perform the duties as a judicial police official provided in the Code of Criminal Procedure (Law No.131 of 1948), in regard to crimes committed in the Imperial Palace, Gosho (Palace), Detached Palace, Imperial Villa, Emperor's Temporary Palace or Place of Sojourn, crimes relating to Imperial Graves and Imperial House Use properties and crimes against the life, person, or properties of the Emperor, Empress, Empress Dowager or Heirapparent when making official visits.
２　前項の規定による司法警察職員とその他の司法警察職員とは、その職務の執行に関し、互に協力しなければならない。
Judicial police officials prescribed in the preceding paragraph and other judicial police officials shall cooperate and coordinate with each other in discharging their duties.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、刑事訴訟法を改正する法律（昭和二十三年法律第百三十一号）施行の日（昭和二十四年一月一日）から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day (January 1, 1949) when the Law for the Amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure (Law No.131 of 1948) is enforced.
