I hereby promulgate the Law for Amending a Part of the Law for the Establishment of the Deliberation Commission on the Measures for Repatriation.

Law for Amending a Part of the Law for the Establishment of the Deliberation Commission on the Measures for Repatriation
A part of the Law for the Establishment of the Deliberation Commission on the Measures for Repatriation (Law No.212 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
Article 3. The Deliberation Commission shall consist of one (1) chairman, and members not exceeding twenty (20) persons.
2 The temporary commissioners not exceeding ten (10 persons may, when necessary to investigate and deliberate upon specific matters, be appointed.
3 The Minister of Welfare shall be assigned to the chairman.
4 The members shall be appointed by the Prime Minister from among the Vice-Ministers of the Ministries concerned, the Deputy Director-General of the Economic Stabilization Board, the President of the Repatriation Relief Agency, representatives of repatriation organizations authorized by the Minister of Welfare, and men of learning and experience.
5 The temporary commissioners shall be appointed by the Prime Minister from among officials of the authorities concerned and men of learning and experience.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
