I hereby promulgate the Law for Amending a Part of the Law for the Establishment of the Deliberation Commission on the Measures for Repatriation.

Law for Amending a Part of the Law for the Establishment of the Deliberation Commission on the Measures for Repatriation
A part of the Law for the Establishment of the Deliberation Commission on the Measures for Repatriation (Law No.212 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
Article 3.
The Deliberation Commission shall consist of one (1) chairman, and members not exceeding twenty (20) persons.

The temporary commissioners not exceeding ten (10 persons may, when necessary to investigate and deliberate upon specific matters, be appointed.

The Minister of Welfare shall be assigned to the chairman.

The members shall be appointed by the Prime Minister from among the Vice-Ministers of the Ministries concerned, the Deputy Director-General of the Economic Stabilization Board, the President of the Repatriation Relief Agency, representatives of repatriation organizations authorized by the Minister of Welfare, and men of learning and experience.

The temporary commissioners shall be appointed by the Prime Minister from among officials of the authorities concerned and men of learning and experience.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
