Article 13-(2). Licensed silk reelers prescribed in the Silk Reeling Industry Law and those persons who are engaged in the business silkworm egg production in accordance with the Raw Silk Industry Law (hereinafter referred to as silk reelers and others) shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet Order concerned, defray part of the mutual relief money concerning mutual relief for silkworms and cocoons payable by members of an Agricultural Mutual Relief Association.
Silk reelers and others shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet Order concerned, pay the money due from them mentioned in the preceding Article into the Agricultural Mutual Relief Reinsurance Special Accounts.
The money mentioned in Par.1 may be collected after the example of the National Tax Collection Law.
The Minister in charge may order silk reelers and others to submit to the same the necessary reports on the money mentioned in Par.1.
The Government shall, in case it determines the selling price of raw silk or ordinary silkworm eggs, so determine the selling price as to make the money mentioned in Par.1 be charged to those persons who take over raw silk or ordinary silkworm eggs raised by silk reelers and others from the said reelers and others.
The provisions of the preceding Article shall apply with necessary modifications to the money mentioned in Par.1.
