The Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Temporary Measures of the Code of Criminal Procedure Pursuant to the Enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
日本國憲法の施行に伴う刑事訴訟法の應急的措置に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第七十六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law concerning the Temporary Measures of the Code of Criminal Procedure Pursuant to the Enforcement of the Constitution of Japan (Law No.76 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
附則第二項中「昭和二十三年七月十五日」を「昭和二十四年一月一日」に改める。
In Paragraph 2 of Supplementary Provisions, "July 15, 1948" shall read "January 1, 1949."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
