I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Temporary Measures of the Code of Criminal Procedure Pursuant to the Enforcement of the Constitution of Japan.

The Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Temporary Measures of the Code of Criminal Procedure Pursuant to the Enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
The Law concerning the Temporary Measures of the Code of Criminal Procedure Pursuant to the Enforcement of the Constitution of Japan (Law No.76 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Paragraph 2 of Supplementary Provisions, "July 15, 1948" shall read "January 1, 1949."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
