Law amending a Part of the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to Cover the Deficits in Revenues of the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance for the Fiscal Year 1948-49
大藏省預金部特別会計の昭和二十三年度における歳入不足補てんのための一般会計からする繰入金に関する法律（昭和二十三年法律第十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to Cover the Deficits in Revenues of the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance for the Fiscal Year 1948-49 (Law No.18 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
題名中「大藏省預金部特別会計」の下に「外二特別会計」を加える。
In the title, "and Other Two Special Accounts" shall be added next to "the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance."
第一項を次のように改める。
Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
政府は、大藏省預金部特別会計、國有鉄道事業特別会計及び通信事業特別会計の昭和二十三年度における歳入不足を補てんするため、一般会計から、当該特別会計に繰入金をすることができる。但し、その金額は、大藏省預金部特別会計については四十五億七千九百九十七万九千円、國有鉄道事業特別会計については二百九十一億七千四百万円、通信事業特別会計については六十億二千六百万円をもつて限度とする。
In order to cover deficits in the revenues of the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, the Special Account for StateRailway and the Special Account for Communications Service respectively for the fiscal year 1948-49, the Government is authorized to transfer funds from the General Account to the special account concerned;provided, that the maximum amount transferrable shall be 4,579,979,000 yen for the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, 10,000,000,000 yen for the Special Account for State Railway and 5,000,000,000 yen for the Special Account for Communications Service.
第二項中「大藏省預金部特別会計から、」を「大藏省預金部特別会計、國有鉄道事業特別会計及び通信事業特別会計から、それぞれ」に改める。
In Paragraph 2, "from the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall read "from the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, the Special Account for State Railway and the Special Account for Communication Service respectively."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
