When the Standing Committees or the Special Committees conduct deliberation during the adjournment of the Diet on matters specially entrusted thereto by the decision of either one of the Houses, the Committee Members thereof shall receive allowances at 300 yen per diem for the number of days of their attendance.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
