Article 2. The fee for the inspection of a Registration Book of Family (Koseki Ho) Cancellation of a name from Registration Book of Family (Josekibo) or document mentioned in the second paragraph of Article 48 of the Family Registration Law (the case to which the application of the said Article with the necessary modifioation is provided for in Article 117 of the said Law shall be included) shall be 5 yen per one time.
Article 3. The fee for the delivery of a copy or abstract of a Family-Register Cancellation of a name from Family-Register shall be 5 yen per one sheet. The same shall apply to cases where one sheet is not filled in wholly.
Article 4. The fee for the certification to the effect that there is no change about the particulars mentioned in the copy or abstract which was issued before, of a Family-Register or Cancellation of a name from Family-Register, or the certification concerning the particulars mentioned in a Family-Register or Cancellation of a name from Family-Register shall be 5 yen per one case.
The fee for the delivery of a certificate concerning the acceptance of notification or application, or the particulars mentioned in a document in the second paragraph of Article 48 of the Family Registration Law (the case to which the application of the said Article with the necessary modifications is provided for in Article 117 of the said Law shall be included) shall be 5 yen per one case.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
