政府職員の俸給等の支給に関する措置等に伴う大藏省預金部外三特別会計に対する一般会計の繰入金に関する法律をここに公布する。
I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfers from the General Account to the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, of the Ministry of Finance and Other Three Special Accounts, pursuant to the Measures relative to the Payment of Salaries and Others of Government Employees.

政府は、臨時給與委員会の第一報告書及び第二報告書に基く俸給等の支給に関する措置等に伴う大藏省預金部特別会計、國有鉄道事業特別会計、通信事業特別会計並びに簡易生命保險及郵便年金特別会計の保險勘定及び年金勘定における経費の財源に充てるため、一般会計から、大藏省預金部特別会計、國有鉄道事業特別会計、通信事業特別会計並びに簡易生命保險及郵便年金特別会計の保險勘定及び年金勘定に繰入金をすることができる。但し、その金額は、大藏省預金部特別会計については、一億九千六百八万三千円、國有鉄道事業特別会計については、十九億九百十四万二千円、通信事業特別会計については、九億三千百九十四万千円、簡易生命保險及郵便年金特別会計の保險勘定については、一億六千七百八十一万五千円、同会計の年金勘定については、四百八十三万四千円を以て限度とする。
The Government is authorized, under the measures for paying salaries and others based on the First and Second Reports of the Extraordinary Pay Committee, to transfer funds from the General Account to the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, the Special Account for State Railway, the Special Account for Communication Service, and the Insurance sub-account and the Annuity sub-account of the Special Account for Simple Life Insurance and Postal Annuity, for their resources of expenditures:Provided, that the maximum amounts transferrable shall be \196,083,000 for the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, \1,909,142,000 for the Special Account for State Railway, \931,941,000 for the Special Account for Communication Service, \167,815,000 for the Insurance sub-account of the Special Account for Simple Life Insurance and Postal Annuity, and \4,834,000 for the Annuity sub-account of the same special account.
政府は前項の規定による繰入金については、後日大藏省預金部特別会計、國有鉄道事業特別会計、通信事業特別会計並びに簡易生命保險及郵便年金特別会計の保險勘定及び年金勘定から各々その繰入金に相当する金額に達するまでの金額を、予算の定めるところにより、一般会計に繰り入れなければならない。
The Government shall later transfer sums, equivalent to the amounts transferred under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, as prescribed in a budget, to the General Account from the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, the Special Account for State Railway, the Special Account for Communication Service, the Insurance sub-account and the Annuity sub-account of the Special Account for simple Life Insurance and Postal Annuity.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
