I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Home Affairs and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 194
Article 1. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Home Affairs:
In Article 5, item 4, "forests and fields" shall be deleted.
Article 2. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Temporary Establishment of Personnel of Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Hokkaido Government and Prefectural Governments:
In Article 1-3, "62 (full time)" shall read "61 (full time)", "146 (full time)" shall read "117 (full time)", "Two among them" shall read "one among them" and "2,142 (full time)" shall read "1,277 (full time)".
In Article 2, "paragraph 1 to paragraph 4 inclusive" shall be deleted.
Article 3. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations of the Disposal of National Forests and Fields and their production in Hokkaido:
In Article 2 and in Article 3 "Governor-general of Hokkaido" shall read "Minister of Agriculture and Forestry".
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its of its promulgation.
