I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 148
Art. 1. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall be amended as follows:
Art. 12-(2). The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish fertilizer inspecting offices to take partial charge of business relating to the inspection of fertilizer.
The post of the chief of a fertilizer inspecting office shall be filled with a second-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Art. 12-(3). The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish agricultural medicine inspecting offices to take partial charge of business relating to the inspection of agricultural medicine.
The post of the chief of an agricultural medicine inspecting office shall be filled with a second-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Art. 12-(4). The Minister of Agriculture ansd Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish tea reproductive breed farms to take partial charge of business relating to the production and distribution of seeds and seedlings necessary for the multiplication of tea-plants.
The post of the chief of a tea reproductive breed farm shall be filled with a third-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Art. 12-(5). The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish potato original breed farms to take partial charge of business relating to the production and distribution of seeds and seedlings necessary for the multiplication of Irish potatoes.
The post of the chief of a potato original breed farm shall be filled with a second-class or third-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
