Art. 1. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall be amended as follows:

Art. 12-(2). The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish fertilizer inspecting offices to take partial charge of business relating to the inspection of fertilizer. The post of the chief of a fertilizer inspecting office shall be filled with a second-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Art. 12-(3). The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish agricultural medicine inspecting offices to take partial charge of business relating to the inspection of agricultural medicine. The post of the chief of an agricultural medicine inspecting office shall be filled with a second-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Art. 12-(4). The Minister of Agriculture ansd Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish tea reproductive breed farms to take partial charge of business relating to the production and distribution of seeds and seedlings necessary for the multiplication of tea-plants. The post of the chief of a tea reproductive breed farm shall be filled with a third-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Art. 12-(5). The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish potato original breed farms to take partial charge of business relating to the production and distribution of seeds and seedlings necessary for the multiplication of Irish potatoes. The post of the chief of a potato original breed farm shall be filled with a second-class or third-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

In Art. 13, "full-time 43 persons," "full-time 145 persons," "full-time 44 persons," and "full-time 81 persons" shall read "full-time 57 persons," "full-time 186 persons," "full-time 80 persons," and "full-time 154 persons" respectively.

Art. 2. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Agricultural Experiment Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "full-tinfe 92 persons," "of whom one," "full-time 145 persons," and "full-time 10 persons" shall read "full-time 123 persons," "of whom two," "full-time 184 persons," and "full-time 11 persons" respectively.

Art. 3. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Horticultural Experiment Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "Technical Officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 10 persons Second class full-time 15 persons Third class Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 2 persons Third class "shall read" Technical Officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 18 persons Second class (of whom one may be First class) full-time 25 persons Third class Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 1 person Second class full-time 4 persons Third class ."

Art. 4. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Tea Experimental Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2. "full-time 4 persons" and "full-time 6 persons" shall read "full-time 7 persons" and "full-time 8 persons," respectively.

Art. 5. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Fisheries Experimental Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2. "full-time 28 persons" shall read "full-time 34 persons," "full-time 42 persons" shall read "full-time 56 persons," and "Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 5 persons Third class "shall read" Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 1 person Second class full-time 6 persons Third class ."

Art. 6. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Sericultural Experiment Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "full-time 22 persons," "full-time 37 persons," and "full-time 9 persons" shall read "full-time 34 persons," "full-time 63 persons," and "full-time 11 persons," respectively.

Art. 7. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Silk Conditioning Houses shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "full-time 22 persons," "full-time 74 persons," and "full-time 1 person" shall read "full-time 24 persons," "full-time 110 persons," and "full-time 3 persons," respectively.

Art. 8. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Zootechnical Experiment Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "full-time 20 persons" shall read "full-time 22 persons," "full-time 23 persons" shall read "full-time 26 persons," and "Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 1 person Second class full-time 5 persons Third class ."

Art. 9. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Cattle-disease Investigation Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "full-time 8 persons" shall read "full-time 10 persons," "full-time 14 persons" shall read "full-time 16 persons," and "Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 6 persons Third class "shall read" Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry full-time 1 person Second class full-time 6 persons Third class ."

Art. 10. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Live-stock Breeding Station shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "full-time 41 persons," "full-time 70 persons," and "full-time 34 persons" shall read "full-time 39 persons," "full-time 67 persons," and "full-time 30 persons," respectively.

Art. 11. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Reclamation Research Institute shall be amended as follows: In Art. 2, "full-time 22 persons" and "full-time 35 persons" shall read" full-time 37 persons" and "full-time 36 persons," respectively.
