審議経過

朕は、昭和十八年勅令第百四十三号会計檢査院勅任檢査官、書記官、副檢査官、理事官及び書記の定員に関する件の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Imperial Ordinance No. 143 of 1943, regarding the fixed number of Inspector of chokunin rank, Secretary, Vice-Inspector, Extra-Secretary and Clerk of the Board of Audit, and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第百四十一号
Imperial Ordinance No. 141
昭和十八年勅令第百四十三号の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 143 of 1943 shall be revised as follows:
「 副檢査官　專任十八人 理事官　專任四人 書記　專任百四十人 」を「 副檢査官　專任二十二人 理事官　專任八人 書記　專任二百十七人 」に改める。

附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
会計檢査院臨時職員設置制は、これを廃止する。
The Regulations governing the Establishment of Temporary personnel in the Board of Audit shall be abrogated.
