審議経過

朕は、大正三年勅令第十八号（行政廳をして委嘱に依り恩賜財團済生会の事務を施行せしむるの件）等を廃止する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Abolition of the Imperial Ordinance No. 18 of 1914 (regarding the affairs of entrusting administrative offices to conduct the business of "Saiseikai, Imperial Gift Foundation"), etc., and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第百八号
Imperial Ordinance No. 108
大正三年勅令第十八号及び昭和十四年勅令第二百八十八号は、これを廃止する。
Imperial Ordinance No. 18 of 1914 and Imperial Ordinance No. 288 of 1939 shall be abolished.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令に、昭和二十二年四月一日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from April 1, 1947.
