文部部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
The partial amendment of the organization regarding the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Education shall be revised as follows:
第一條ノ三 文部省ニ左ノ職員ヲ增置シ大臣官房ニ屬セシム
Art. 1-3. The following personnel shall be augmented and attached to Minister's Secretariate.
一 特殊財產ノ處理ニ關スル事務ニ從事スル者
