I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Education and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 94
The partial amendment of the organization regarding the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Education shall be revised as follows:
Art. 1-3. The following personnel shall be augmented and attached to Minister's Secretariate.
1. Persons to be engaged in affairs concerning the management of special properties:
Education Ministry Secretary
2. Persons to be engaged in affairs concerning the allotment of materials for designated production:
Education Ministry Secretary
Education Ministry Technical Official
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
