I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance regarding the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of personnel in the Ministry of Transportation and cause the same to be promulgated.

Following amendments shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of personnel in the Ministry of Transportation:
