I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance regarding the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of personnel in the Ministry of Transportation and cause the same to be promulgated. In Article 4 "2 (full-time)" shall read "3 (full-time)", and " 1 (full-time) 9 (full-time) ," shall read " 2 (full-time) 12 (full-time) ." In Art. 6, item 1, " 29 (full-time) 100 (full-time) " shall read " 32 (full-time) 104 (full-time) ," and " 3 (full-time) 6 (full-time) " shall read " 10 (full-time) 13 (full-time) ." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
