I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the amendment of the Enforcement Regulations for the Law concerning the Urban District Credit Association and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 20
The Enforcement Regulations for the Law concerning the Urban District Credit Association shall be partly amended as follows:
Article 2, par. 1, item 1 shall read as follows:
1. The Commerce and Industry Co-operative Association
In the same paragraph, item 2 shall be deleted and items hereunder shall be moved up in order.
In the same Article, par. 2, item 1 to item 3 shall read as follows:
1. Companies with total endowment funds, total share capital or total endowment funds and total share capital amounting to ¥200,000 or less in total.
In the same paragraph, item 4 shall read item 2.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
