The Commerce and Industry Co-operative Association In the same paragraph, item 2 shall be deleted and items hereunder shall be moved up in order. In the same Article, par. 2, item 1 to item 3 shall read as follows: 1. Companies with total endowment funds, total share capital or total endowment funds and total share capital amounting to ¥200,000 or less in total. In the same paragraph, item 4 shall read item 2. Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
