I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Lump Sum Grant for Public Servants.

政府は、この法律施行の際現に在職する官吏、官吏の待遇を受ける者、嘱託員、雇員、傭人及び工員であつて、常時勤務に服する者に対し、その者の受ける給與の月額の七割乃至十三割に相当する金額を一時手当として支給する。但し、平均十割を超えてはならない。
The Government shall grant in lump sum 70 to 130 per cent of thier one month total allowance, to government service officials and those treated as such, and unclassified officials, junior clerks, auxiliary workers, and crafts who are in the regular service at the time of enforcing the present Law;provided, however, that the total average of the above shall not be in excess of 100 per cent.
前項の規定による一時手当の支給の基礎となる給與、支給割合及び同項の一時手当の支給手続に関し必要な事項は、大藏大臣が、これを定める。
Necessary details concerning the coverage of payment and rates of the present allowance, and of administrative details to issue out the present lump sum grant prescribed in the foregoing paragraph shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
