I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendments to the Health Insurance Law and the Welfare Pensions Insurance Law.

Article 1.　A part of the Health Insurance Law shall be amended as follows:
"Imperial Ordinance" shall read "Cabinet Order."
Art.8-(2).　The-insurer may, as regulated in the Departmental Ordinance, have an insured person or a person to receive an insurance benefit make a notification, or a notice or present a document necessary for the execution of Health Insurance to the insurer or to an employer.
In Art.81 and 84, "or bring a suit to the Court of Administrative Litigation" shall be deleted.
In Arts.84-(2), or administrative litigation"shall be deleted.
In Art.85, Par 2 "district court" shall read "local court or summary court."
In Art.86, "or administrative Litigation" shall be deleted.
Art.88-(2) shall be Art.88-(3).
Art.88-(2).　In case, without a good reason, a person, in violation of the order issued upon Art.8-(2), does not make a notification or a notice, or makes a false notification or notice, or does not present a document, or makes a false record in a document, he shall be condemned to a fine not exceeding 5,000 yen.
Art.90, Par.2 shall be deleted.
In Art.91, "Art.88-(2)," shall read "Art.88-(3)."
Article 2.　A part of Welfare Pensions Insurance Law shall be amended as follows:
"Imperial Ordinance" shall read "Cabinet Order."
Art.9-(2).　The administrative office may, in accordance with the provisions of the Order, have an insured person or a person to receive an insurance benefit make a notification or a notice or present a document necessary for the execution of the Welfare Pensions Insurance to the administrative office or to an employer.
In Art.63, "or bring a suit to the Court of Administrative Litigation" shall be deleted.
In Art.66, "or administrative litigation" shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1948.
