I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer, Money from the General Account, to cover the Resources of the Share of the Mutual-Aid Instalments for Pice-Plant Mutual-Aid for the Fiscal year 1947-48 under the Compensation Against Agricultural Loss Law.

The Covernment shall be authorized to make a transfer from the General Account to the Foodstuff Control Special Account, as estimated in the budget, to cover the resources of the share of the said Special Account of mutual aid instalments for riceplant mutual aid for the fiscal year 1947-48 under the Compensation Against Agricultural Loss Law.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of the enforcement of the Compensation Against Agricultural Loss Law.
