I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer, Money from the General Account, to cover the Resources of the Share of the Mutual-Aid Instalments for Pice-Plant Mutual-Aid for the Fiscal year 1947-48 under the Compensation Against Agricultural Loss Law. Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of the enforcement of the Compensation Against Agricultural Loss Law.
