With regard to the taxation on and liquidation of the Shipbuilding Association and the Federation of Shipbuilding Associations as well as the application of penal provisions of the Shipbuilding Business Law to such acts as have violated the same Law prior to the enforcement of this Law, the former Law and the Ordinances issued in accordance therewith shall remain in force even after the enforcement of this Law.
