I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendment to be made to the Private Railway Law.

Law No.139
The Private Railway Law shall be amended as follows:
In Art.1, Par.3, the words "and an aerial cable tramway" shall be added immediately after the clause "which connects with a government or private railway."
Art.29　shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1948.
