Law No.119
政府は、この法律施行の際現に在職する官吏、官吏の待遇を受ける者、嘱託員、雇員、傭人及び工員で大藏大臣の定める者に対し、その者の受ける給與の月額の二割乃至十二割に相当する金額を一時手当として支給する。但し、総平均一人当六百円を超えてはならない。
The Government shall be authorized to grant in lump the total average not exceeding 600 yen per capita in the ratios of 20 per cent to 120 per cent of their monthly pay to government officials and those treated as such, unclassified officials, junior clerks, trades and crafts, who are in service on the very day of enforcing the present Law, being designated by the Minister of Finance.
前項の規定による一時手当の支給の基礎となる給與、支給割合及び同項の一時手当の支給の手続に関し必要な事項は、大藏大臣が、これを定める。
The necessary details concerning the coverage of payments basic to the present grant referred to the above paragraph, its calculation ratio and administrative matters regarding it shall be determined by the Minister of Finance.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律施行の期日は、その成立の日から五日を超えない期間内において、政令で、これを定める。
The date of enforcement of the present Law shall be within 5 days from its enactment and be determined by the Cabinet Order.
