朕は、逓信省官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Official Organization of the Ministry of Communications and Others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 616
第一條　逓信省官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Communications shall be amended as follows:
第十三條第一項中「專任一萬七百九十八人」を「專任一萬七百九十九人」に、「專任二百三十八人」を「專任二百三十九人」に、「專任九百六十人」を「專任九百六十一人」に改める。
In Article 13, par. 1 "full time 10,798" shall read "full time 10,799" "full time 238" shall read "full time 239," and "full time 960" shall read "full time 961."
第二條　逓信局官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of Communications Bureaus shall be amended as follows:
第四條第一項中「專任三千七百十一人」を「專任三千七百十四人」に、「專任二百六十五人」を「專任三百三十三人」に「專任千七百四十二人」を「專任千七百五十五人」に改める。
In Article 4, par. 1, "full time 3,711" shall read "full time 3,714," "full time 265" shall read "full time 333," and "full time 1,742" shall read "full time 1,755."
第三條　逓信官署官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of Communication Offices shall be amended as follows:
第七條第一項中「專任二百七十一人」を「專任二百九人」に、「專任五千五百三十二人」を「專任五千五百二十三人」に改める。
In Article 7, par. 1, "full time 271" shall read "full time 209," and "full time 5,532" shall read "full time 5,523."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、昭和二十二年一月一日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from January 1, 1947.
