朕は、厚生省官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Welfare Ministry etc. and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 615
第一條　厚生省官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Welfare Ministry.
第十條厚生事務官の部中「專任二百四十九人」を「專任二百四十六人」に、「專任八百五十四人」を「專任八百四十四人」に改める。
In Article 10, Secretary of Welfare Ministry, "Regular Officials 249" shall read "Regular Officials 246," and "Regular Officials 854" shall read "Regular Officials 844."
第二條　厚生部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改める。
Article 2.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the establishment of temporal staff in the Welfare Division.
第一條中「衞生局」を「公衆保健局、医務局及予防局」に改める。
In Article 1, "Health Bureau" shall read "Public Health Preservation Bureau, Medical Affairs Bureau and Infectious Diseases Prevention Bureau."
第二條第一項中「衞生局」を「医務局」に改める。
In Article 2, paragraph 1, "Health Bureau" shall read "Medical Affairs Bureau."
第三條　社会事業其ノ他國民生活ノ保護ニ関スル事務ニ從事セシムル爲厚生省ニ左ノ職員ヲ置キ社会局ニ属セシム
Article 3.　The following staff shall be appointed in the Welfare Ministry and attached to Social Bureau in order to let them engage in the business pertaining to Social Work as well as the protection of national livelihood:

Regular Officials 2　2nd Class
專任八人　三級
Regular Officials 8　3rd Class
第四條第一項厚生事務官の部中「 專任十六人 專任二十七人 」を「 專任二十七人 專任四十二人 」に、厚生技官の部中「 專任二人 專任一人 」を「 專任五人 專任五人 」に改める。
In Article 4, paragraph 1, Secretary of Welfare Ministry, " Regular Officials 16 Regular Officials 27 " shall read " Regular Officials 27 Regular Officials 42 "In the Technical Official of Welfare Ministry, " Regular Officials 2 Regular Official 1 " shall read " Regular Officials 5 Regular Officials 5 ."
第六條　社会保險ニ関スル事務ニ從事セシムル爲厚生省ニ左ノ職員ヲ置キ保險局ニ属セシム
Article 6.　The following staff shall be appointed in the Welfare Ministry and attached to Insurance Bureau in order to let them engage in the business pertaining to Social Insurance.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
