審議経過

朕は、農林省官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 606
第一條　農林省官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry:
第十三條中「專任五十人」を「專任五十二人」に、「專任百六十六人」を「專任百七十四人」に、「專任五十四人」を「專任五十七人」に改める。
In Art. 13, "full time 50 persons," "full time 166 persons" and "full time 54 persons" shall read "full time 52 persons," "full time 174 persons" and "full time 57 persons" respectively.
第二條　農林部內臨時職員等設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations for Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Other Offices under its jurisdiction:
第一條中「專任百四十二人」を「專任百四十四人」に、「專任三百六十三人」を「專任三百六十八人」に、「專任九百二十一人」を「專任九百三十一人」に改める。
In Art. 1, "full time 142 persons," "full time 363 persons" and "full time 921 persons" shall read "full time 144 persons," "full time 368 persons" and "full time 931 persons" respectively.
第五條第三号中「專任二十三人」を「專任二十五人」に、「專任三十七人」を「專任四十一人」に改める。
In Art. 5 item 3, "full time 23 persons" and "full time 37 persons" shall read "full time 25 persons" and "full time 41 persons" respectively.
第三條　林業試驗場官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of the Forestry Experiment Station:
第二條　林業試驗場ニ左ノ職員ヲ置ク
Art. 2.　There shall be the following personnel in the Forestry Experiment Station:

Chief of the Station
農林技官
Technical Officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry
專任三十六人　二級內一人ヲ一級ト爲スコトヲ得
Full time 36 persons　2nd class (One of whom may be made 1st class)
專任五十四人　三級
Full time 54 persons　3rd class
農林事務官
Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry
專任一人　二級
Full time 1 person　2nd class
專任七人　三級
Full time 7 persons　3rd class
第四條　開拓硏究所官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of the Development Research Institute:
第二條中「專任七人」を「專任二十二人」に、「專任十四人」を「專任三十五人」に改める。
In Art. 2, "full time 7 persons" and "full time 14 persons" shall read "full time 22 persons" and "full time 35 persons" respectively.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
