I hereby give My Sanction to the Regulations for the Establishment of Temporary Reparations Division of the Central Liaison Office and cause the same to be promulgated.

Regulations for the Establishment of Temporary Reparations Division of the Central Liaison Office.
Article 1. There shall be instituted temporarily in the Central Liaison Office the Reparations Division to take charge of affairs relating to the preparations for reparations.
Article 2. There shall be instituted temporarily in the Central Liaison Office the following personnel to be appointed the Director and the Liaison Officials of the Reparations Division, who shall be made to belong to the Central Liaison Office:
Foreign Ministry Secretaries, comprising:
1 full-time Secretary, of the first class;
14 full-time Secretaries, of the second class;
15 full-time Secretaries, of the third class;
Supplementary Provisions.
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Reparations Council:
Article 3. Minister for Foreign Affairs shall be the President.
The Vice-president shall be selected from among Vice-Presidents of the Central Liaison Office through the recommendation of the Minister for Foreign Affairs to the Throne and shall be appointed by the Cabinet.
In Paragraph 2 of Article 6, "Vice-President of the Central Liaison Office" shall read "Foreign Ministry Secretary who is in the post of Director of the Reparations Division in the Central Liaison Office."
