I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the regulations relative to the temporary establishment of Special Financial Department to the Ministry of Finance, and cause the same to be promulgated.

大藏省特殊財務部臨時設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendment is made to part of the regulations relative to the temporary establishment of Special Financial Department to the Ministry of Finance:
第一條第一號中「外國人」の下に「（外國人が經營を支配する本邦法人を含む。）」を加へる。
In Item 1 of Article 1, "(including the Japanese juridical persons, the management of which is controlled by foreign nationals)" shall be added next to "foreign nationals."

この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force on the day of its promulgation.
