(官立高等学校官制等の一部を改正する勅令)

朕は、官立高等學校官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。

I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Regulations governing the Organization of government Higher Schools and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

第一條　官立高等學校官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。

Article 1.　The regulations governing the Organization of government Higher Schools are partially amended as follows:

別表中文部敎官の敎授の欄を次のやうに改める。

The column giving the number of professors of Education Ministry Instuctors, in the annexed table shall be amended as follows:

敎授一級又ハ二級六十三人四十六人四十六人四十六人四十六人四十六人四十六人四十六人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人三十二人

同表東京高等學校の項文部敎官の二級の欄中「四人」を「五人」に改める。

In the same table as regards Tokyo Higher School, in the column giving the number of Education Ministry Instructors of the 2nd Grade, (4) shall read (5).

同表中文部敎官の三級の欄を次のやうに改める。

In the same table, the column giving the number of Education Ministry Instructors of the 3rd Grade shall be amended as follows:

第二條　帝國大學官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。

Article 2.　The regulations governing the Organization of the Imperial University shall be partially amended as follows:

別表第一北海道帝國大學の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「四十六人」を「四十八人」に、別表第三北海道帝國大學豫科の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「四十二人」を「五十二人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「八人」を「十三人」に、同表北海道帝國大學附屬農林專門部の項文部敎官の敎授の欄及び文部敎官の三級の欄中「三人」を「八人」に改める。

In the column of "3rd grade of Education Ministry Secretary" of the Section of the Hokkaido Imperial University, in the annexed table I, 46 shall read 48; in the column of "professors having the qualifications of Education Ministry Instructor of the preparatory course of the Hokkaido Imperial University, in the annexed table III, 42 shall read 52, in the column of 3rd grade of Education Ministry Instructor of the same preparatory course, 8 shall read 13, in the column of professor having the qualifications of Education Ministry Instructor; and the column of 3rd grade of Education Ministry Instructor, of the Agriculture and Forestry College attached to Hokkaido Imperial University, in the same table, 3 shall read 8.

第三條　官立大學官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。

Article 3.　The regulations governing the Organization of Governmental University shall be partially amended as follows:

別表第一東京產業大學の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「二十四人」を「二十五人」に、同表神戶經濟大學の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「十六人」を「十七人」に、別表第三東京產業大學豫科の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「十四人」を「二十四人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「四人」を「八人」に、同表神戶經濟大學豫科の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「十二人」を「十九人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「四人」を「七人」に、同表東京工業大學附屬豫備部の項文部敎官の敎授の欄中「七人」を「八人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「三人」を「四人」に改める。

In the column of 3rd grade of Education Ministry Secretary of the Tokyo Industrial University in the annexed table I, 24 shall read 25, in the column of 3rd grade of Education Ministry Secretary of the Kobe University of Economics in the same table, 16 shall read 17, in the column of professor having the qualifications of Education Ministry Instructor of the preparatory course of the Tokyo Industrial University in the annexed table III, 14 shall read 24, in the column of 3rd grade of Education Ministry Instructor of the same preparatory course, 4 shall read 8, in the column of professor having the qualifications of Education Ministry Instructor of the preparatory course of the Kobe University of Economics in the same table, 12 shall read 19, in the column of 3rd grade of Education Ministry Instructor of the same preparatory course, 4 shall read 7, in the column of professor having the qualifications of Education Ministry Instructor of the preparatory Department attached to the Tokyo Technical University in the same table, 7 shall read 8, in the column of 3rd grade of Education Ministry Instructor, 3 shall read 4.

附　則

Supplementary Provision:

この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。

The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
