審議経過

朕は、義務敎育費國庫負擔法施行令等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law for State Liability of Expenditure for Compulsory Education, etc. and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 337
第一條　義務敎育費國庫負擔法施行令を次のやうに改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendment shall be made to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law for State Liability of Expenditure for Compulsory Education:
第一號中「北海道地方費及府縣」を「東京都、北海道地方費及府縣」に改める。
In Article 1, "Hokkaido Local Expenditure and Prefectures" shall read "Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido Local Expenditure and Prefectures."
第二條第一號中「訓導、准訓導」を「地方敎官、准敎員」に改める。
In Article 2, Item 1, "Teachers, assistant teachers" shall read "Prefectural instructors, assistant teachers."
第二條　靑年學校敎育費國庫補助法施行令を次のやうに改正する。
Article 2.　The following amendments shall be made to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law for State Subsidy for Youth School Education:
第一號中「敎諭、助敎諭、舍監」を「地方敎官」に改める。
In Item 1, "Secondary school teachers (kyoyu), assistant teachers, dormitory inspecters" shall read "Prefectural instructors."
第二號を次のやうに改める。
Item 2 shall read as follows:
二　地方事務官
2.　Prefectural Secretary.
第三條　昭和十六年勅令第三百四十四號を次のやうに改正する。
Article 3.　The following amendment shall be made to the Imperial Oedinance No. 344 of 1941:
第十九條第一號中「訓導、准訓導」を「地方敎官、准敎員」に、同條第三號中「養護訓導」を「地方技官」に改める。
In Article 19, Item 1, "Teachers, assistant teachers" shall read "Prefectural instructors, assistant teachers," and in Item 3, "Teacher-nurses" shall read "Prefectural technicians."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
