朕は、陸軍志願兵令等を廢止する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning the Abrogation of the Army Volunteer Ordinance etc., and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 323
陸軍志願兵令及び陸軍特別志願兵令は、これを廢止する。
The Army Volunteer Ordinance and the Army Special Volunteer Ordinance shall both be abolished.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この勅令施行の際現に陸軍に屬し復員してゐない者に關しては、舊令は、この勅令の施行後もその者の復員するまで、なほその效力を有する。
For those in the Army and Navy and not yet demobilized when this Ordinance comes into force, the former Ordinance shall remain effective even after the enforcement of this Ordinance, until they are demobilized.
